The wheels are off the wagon for NU. 10 wins sure, but Bo wont win a Conf Championship or anything greater. How ever many years it takes to make the change is simply wasted time.
Not saying Bo is going to take you to the promised land, but it's not easy to find a coach nowadays that can win 10. Sure a lot of those wins are against Eastern Central Arkansas-Tennessee School for the Blind, Deaf and Mute, but remember what happened after you guys got rid of Solich?

and they are headed to ten next year as well. Getting rid of him may not be the solution but i can always hope for someone to lure him away. A retooling of the staff is needed at minimum.
There won't be much "retooling of the staff". Might need to be a new special teams coach. Who knows??
Most don't understand the Nebraska staff is young and growing. They are a close group and work hard to improve and learn from mistakes. They are a good group and have what it takes to get the Husker program over the hump. Time will tell if it happens now or later.
I remember a former Nebraska Coach and AD who took some serious heat in the late 1970's. Look at what he did given time.

Interesting choice of words when most outside of the kNU fanbase consider Bo to be a tool!
They fired a coach after winning 9 games and he was a kNU guy. I wonder how much more some of the money supporters are willing to take when they look at the NC signs and realize how far away they are from adding another. 9-10 wins and a non-BCS bowl won't do it for some of those people and they have the money to make sure that somebody listens to them.
