Club Membership Not Working

I paid the $20 for the club membership back on August 26th but my club membership never activated and I can't figure out how to get it working now. I provided the email linked to this AllBuffs account. Anyone know what can be done? I can provide the PayPal receipt to show payment.

I'm not seeing your payment in the logs, I would check and see if it went through. In the interim i upgraded you for the rest of the month.

Had the same thing happen to me 3-4 yrs ago...couldn't change my avatar etc...all I got was "it happens time to time".
I like the **** avatar I think it's hilarious...if I paid today I'd keep it.
