College BB Scoring Down...Time to Shorten the 35 second Clock?

We all recognize that 35 seconds was a sop thrown to Dean Smith, (master of the "Four Corner Offense", when UNC ahead).
I'd say it's more than time to go to 30 seconds, with an 8 second backcourt count.

Also, USA Today mentioned something about "AAU competition" had something to do with the scoring lows, what's that all about?
