Should be a small advantage for us.
Damnit. Can't we have 1 game at a normal ****ing time slot???
hahahaah. Fox is going to have to rent some space in Boulder at this rate.
Oregon...Damnit. Can't we have 1 game at a normal ****ing time slot???
This is kind of ideal for me. I have a soccer game to coach at 3:30 that I thought I was going to have find a sub for. I think I can do both. Sweet.
Sorry, 1 home game at a normal time slot.Oregon...
i may not bother to sleep the night before.
we comin'...
Oh lordie. 4 out of the first 5 big noons all belong to us. Hahahaha
Yep, and this could/should be our best recruiting weekend left. Best weather for southern recruits (October could be good, could be blizzard), best remaining opponent, etc. Oh well, two weeks to work out the logistics. This kickoff time sucks ass for recruiting visits, btw.
Nubs have one of the most watched games all season already, surely they can't be the reason. What's funny is that the original Fox 10 am game was Nubs-Michigan at the Big House. I'm assuming Michigan isn't the reason they dropped that game.
I have to believe that's why they switched some to the CSU game. This kickoff time sucks ass for recruiting visits, btw.
Congrats!I don’t have to cancel my wedding!
Now I’ll just be a prickly asshole the whole day if we lose lmao
Makes for a rough Gameday experience for some.LOL at all the complaints on CU getting slated for the most watched game slot of the week for the 3rd time in 5 weeks.
This is the incorrect mindset. I'll take what's best for the program over anything that may mess with me personally.Makes for a rough Gameday experience for some.
But CU would get just as much exposure and eyeballs if they were the 330 ET game and they'd actually get to have a massive recruiting weekend. A Noon ET start time makes that a whole lot tougher. This is the incorrect mindset. I'll take what's best for the program over anything that may mess with me personally.
I was certainly hoping for a 7pm est kickoff. But CU would get just as much exposure and eyeballs if they were the 330 ET game and they'd actually get to have a massive recruiting weekend. A Noon ET start time makes that a whole lot tougher.
I know it's a great time slot for FOX, but it's mostly because they haven't been competing with the SEC Game of the Week at 330 ET on CBS. So yeah, it pulls big numbers because they don't have the competition and they have forcefully put the marquee programs in there (Ohio State mainly).
IMO, the perfect kickoff for this game would have been the 7pm ET on ABC. All day build up, but kickoff in primetime, and able to get all the recruits in for a visit.
