For those who thought they'd fall off after Harbaugh left, doesn't look like they're going anywhere. And they have Barry Sanders Jr waiting in the wings.
It is crazy how an institution that cares so little about football can be so good...
It's easier to win at a school like Stanfurd that doesn't have the academi......
Um, never mind....
Speaking of which, I know the weather wasn't good, but is it just me or were there empty seats?? It's the Pac-12 title game and they can't fill a 50,000 seat stadium??
I understand the Friday time slot. Pac12 does not want to compete with SEC and Big 10 Championship games. It makes sense from that standpoint.
But may I suggest a week off? Or do finals matter?
LOL - that is about as delusional as they come.Congrats to the Cardinal! I was wrong on them, I thought they would drop down to 7 or 8 wins.
I have a friend on facebook that still claims UCLA is the better team though. How can you say that? Beating a team twice in a season is tough enough, but twice in one week? I think there is no doubt Stanford is better. Plus Cal spanked UCLA, while Stanford beat Oregon and almost beat Notre Dame.
Stanford impressed the hell out of me this year. They just kept getting better. Once they found a QB during that game against us, they turned into a great team. They could beat anyone in the country right now.
Glad we could be of some assistance to them.
We did a lot of good for a lot of teams and players this year.
+1. Saw that. Sad.Too bad they have a ****** fan base. I did get a kick out of the nerd they showed on tv with a rose. He was staring at the Rose like he just won a spelling bee or something.
