CU Buffs' Blacken changes training strategy

I like this guy more and more when I read his stuff.

+1 I really like how he is emphasizing the core as well as more running with changes midstream. Sounds like he will be able to keep shocking their bodies and keep creating growth and strength while Pit's workouts sound like guys could plateau pretty easy because its the same thing every time.

If you periodize your workouts once you've reached a plateau this isn't a problem.

Anyway, it's good to see emphasize on other areas. Our conditioning looked like crap like year.
