CU Buffs encouraged by play of San Jose State QB under Coach MacIntyre

I am encouraged, but what the title of the article states it is a little misleading? I hope our QB's have or will read and be encouraged to improve and learn. Running a simple/basic offense from the QB position should help tremendously. + the young guys - Sefo and Dillon should be able to pick up on it quick, fingers crossed.

All this talk of kids who haven't played a down yet. I remember when folks were certain that Wood was the next Detmer and he was being benched for a "promise" to Webb when he transferred here. I agree the two youngsters probably have the best chance to start against CSU, but I'm just tired of seeing them anointed as the surefire starters when Mac hasn't even had a practice yet.

The good news is that our overall play on both sides of the ball really cannot get any worse. I see no way there is not improvement this year.
