any good game on Fox Sports 1 will not be on DISH. The endless carriage fee battle. If you are planning on DVR'ing, or like me intended on watching on the tube and have DISH, you are furked.

Fox Sports 1 is not on the standard Dish package or the sports package. It's on the America's Top 200 package. That kind of pissed me off. I'll have to upgrade my package for a few months.

Before you do, I have Fox Sports 1 on my DISH service, and I will not be getting the game. Perhaps I was not clear, even if you upgrade, you still will not get the game, although you will get Fox Sports 1 for all the crap that is not a premium football game.
 
Are you able to access the stream through the PAC-12 web site as a subscriber?

as far as I can tell, what lefty is saying is not true. So weird. Lefty, please explain. Real Mods, might want to change the thread title...
 
I'm flying in for this game, but it will be replayed on pac12 network in the 60 min. condensed version over the following week, and probably accessible online (not live).
I decided not to upgrade to the full 200 right now and just dvr the 60 min version later in the week. Agree it is annoying that FS1 is in the more expensive package, but with the home games being all available on pac12 later, might be able to avoid it at least for awhile. We'll see about basketball season though. One nice thing is that Dish is now full time HD for pac12 channel, that was seriously annoying last year to watch anything but live games.
 
This really sucks. I doesn't show the game as broadcasted, as mentioned, Friday night.
 
Lefty is right. I just checked my DISH guide for next Friday and it says "game unavailable." It says to go to http://www.dishsportsvalue.com/ for more info. At that site, it specifically says:

Unfortunately, you're visiting this website because a FOX Sports 1 event is not available on DISH. FOX agreed to pay an inflated price for certain sports events on FOX Sports 1. Now, FOX is demanding we pay them a significant additional charge to carry these events. We are unwilling to pass these costs on to our customers.

Below is a schedule of events on FOX Sports 1 that we do not have the rights to air. We will keep this updated so you know what games may not be available.

Seriously, this sucks. But I'm assuming that it is available on DirectTV and/or cable, etc. If that's the case, then I put JR in charge of finding us a place to watch it in H-town.

If I can't stream, then I guess I am at a sports bar. If you and JR fly up, I'll buy you a beer.
