Random story - when I was a student working the recruiting check-in table there would always be CO HS kids who signed up for recruit tickets but weren't really on the radar. One kid showed up with his mom and little brother (age 10ish) and the little brother was wearing an Oregon sweatshirt. One of our staff members made the kid take his sweatshirt off and put it in his mom's bag (and made it clear it couldn't be worn in the stadium) before they would give them the tickets.

I wonder why the passed gloves went away. I thought they were great. Without them, I was always end up with burst blood vessels on the back of my hands from getting smashed between helmets.

I switched to receiver gloves after that season. The padded gloves were unnecessary and bulky.

Uhhhhh, getting a little too close to what Jerrah is doing in Dallas for my liking. It has become a distraction to players there. Hope it doesn't become a distraction here. Our home games are already becoming a bit too chaotic for our players as it stands.
