CU recruiting misses

I think Adam forgot MJD. I remember having a shot at him before EB and Embo left for UCLA. I believe it was the same year as Maclin.

MJD actually was committed to us, but you're right, he followed EB. According to Barnett, we had Maclin in the bag, but... ...then he and his staff were let go.

We never would know how these players would have played in our system. Sometimes, going to a system fit, as it seems they did, work out best for them. Could they have been studs here? Maybe.

I seem to recall that Carson Palmer, Troy Polamalu, and Cory Redding we're all Nueheisel verbal commits. I believe that Polamalu's cousin was an assistant on the staff too.

We could talk QB's who never panned out under Tricky Ricky, Orton we could discuss the ones GB missed.....
Both are worthy. Slick's list caused me to Bledsoe much, I almost passed out. Barney's reminded me of the days when our school leaders crawfished like a plate of mud bugs at Brennan's.
