Adkins is a SR and the number will not be issued anymore after this season when he graduates.

We don't really ever retire numbers, but I'm glad we're doing it in this case. No one could make #19 cool like he did.

Number retiring doesn't really happen much in college football. Especially with over 100 kids on a team (counting walk ons) numbers overlap a lot.

Thanks for sharing that. Great memories Chris shared about Rashaan. Rashaan's time with the Buffs happened before I started following them but his legacy is definitely not lost on me. Rest in peace #19.
