Colorado's second-rated women and sixth-ranked men's cross country teams looked sharp in their first major varsity races of the season on Saturday as the women's team won the NCAA Pre-National Invitational team title and the men came away with third overall.

Congrats again to the teams for their performances yesterday and today.

Don't get the impression Coach Westmore is prone to unjustified motivating of his runners, so the fact he thinks, in his quotes, that both the men and women can do better is a good sign for the rest of the season.
