It's happened before, but it was a long ass time ago. And that decade drought was bad timing if I remember correctly (won late in the previous decade and early in the next).I believe this may be first decade in CU history that we have never won a conference championship? Is that correct?

I believe that CU will turn it around. I do not accept that Utah has a higher ceiling for athletic success than we do.
When I first moved here (Utah), I was stunned by the quality of athletes. There are probably a complete NFL O and D Line graduating high school every year. The Poly population here is a game changer and Whitt is all over that. They had a kids transfer elsewhere for playing time getting drafted.Utah does not have a higher ceiling than we do. That doesn't mean that Utah can't be better than us on a year to year basis though.
To be honest, Utah probably is in the lower half of the conference in terms of their full potential. Hell, maybe bottom third. But they are playing much more to their full potential than say, USC or us.
so 18% of CU's wins were against the Lambs ...woahCSU is really bad...
