Enjoyable Saturday morning read from Thorburn:

This week Tad Boyle continued to think black and gold when the color of money happened to be burgundy.
Texas A&M was interested in hiring Boyle to replace Mark Turgeon as the top Aggie after his former coaching mentor left College Station for College Park to coach Maryland.
Turgeon made $1.7 million last season. Boyle made about $750,000.
I realize you can't put a price on loyalty and the quality of life under the Flatirons, but I'd cover Iranian bodybuilding and freestyle wrestling if the Tehran Times offered me a $1 million raise.
Nice work, Ryan. Classic.
Thank you, Tad. You won't regret it.
