Yeah. It sounds like he isn't coming based on that article and the sentiment you read here. If true, huge disappointment. Not a lot of hope for the upcoming season. I assume ticket sales have not been good (just like last year), but if Webb bails, there's likely little hope for improvement. We can't catch a break.
Pretty clear he chose Cal. What's not clear is did he get in.... IMO
Thats where I am at. We have question marks on the OL and at WR. None of our WRs were standouts last year. Our RBs are a mixed bag of guys some of whom show potential. But again, no clear leader. I dont see one guy stepping in and making the difference.
This post just excuses ****ty QB play.
