"We wanted to get him some snaps and get him going a little bit," Dan Hawkins said. "At that point the game was a little out of hand. We actually wanted to get Matt in there earlier than that. We wanted to have him get a feel for it." "

If this is true why did they wait so long? The game was a little out of hand before that.
