What do you guys think about him as a professional? I've heard the McNabb comparison quite a bit and see some of it. I think he'll be really good if he fixes the turnover issue. He's got the tools, no doubt.
If I needed a QB and was in position to draft him, I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger even if I was picking #1 overall.
He's got the body to hold up in the NFL. He's got the big arm you want. He's got good accuracy. And, most importantly, he's got "it" at the QB position which can't be taught or developed. I think he's going to be like Roethlisberger as a pro.
Welcome to my world. Is this 2006 and we're taking about Vince Young?

Quoted for posterity.Vince and Deshaun have similar things but I'd leave it right there.
Why don't you just say big pecker. We won't judge you. This dude is more polished than Vince was among other things.

Ever heard of Tom Brady?
Not sure what Tom Brady has to do with a Watson conversation. This should be interesting if you care to elaborate.
Probably Tom's 30/17 TD/INT at Michigan.

Oh don't forget Dak Prescott either, he's turned out to be pretty damn good.
Yeah Brady threw 17 picks in his career at Michigan. Watson threw 17 this year and 13 last year. And Brady is a bit of an outlier as there was not one scout who got him right which is why you never see him used as a comp.
I am not saying Watson won't make it but within the NFL he is not viewed as a sure thing. That was my only point.
