I figure I should ask. I have never been much of a hat person. I have the one CU hat I bought last year, which I wear to most games, but it obviously has a horrible W-L record. I don't want to buy a new, untested hat at this point. I have two old-school hats from the early 90s, both of which have some great autographs on them. I posted pictures on here a few years ago, but I was wondering if it would be ok for me to wear one for games now in hopes they bring us some good juju. No poll. Let me know your opinions in words.
 
And I never planned on keeping the hats to sell or anything. The sigs are fading anyway. Wouldn't it be worth it to show them off for a few years, rather than let them sit in a closet until totally worthless?

This post would actually make a lot of sense if you replaced the word "hat" with the word "condom" and i've heard hat used as a nickname for a condom....hmmm.....

Right, Rugged has been re-using condoms since 1992. I like him, but not a lot of six year-olds are blessed with the ability to bust. Trying too hard.

Anyway, might as well rock them Rugged, but I would hold off until at least next weekend.

I don't know what a condom is, so I don't know what you're talking about.
 
Don't Do It......I've had the same thoughts and brought out one of my old hats as a kid from the better days.....and any good juju it once had has now been completely gobbled up by the ineptitude of our current program

Unfortunately no amount of superstitious good mojo on this entire board could fix the problems of this team....so save it for a year where there is an actual sliver of hope
 
Try the old hats.

I've been trying every combination of shirt/hat/jacket, including some old school tees that had astounding records (wore my "Back-to-Back-to-Back Big 8 T-shirt tot ha Cal game, was its first loss ever). Now I'm focusing on alcohol combinations, still in the research phase.

If I remember correctly, last season it was Everclear.
 
Wearing the new allbuffs Tshirt today. I know it's a dangerous situation to bring a new shirt into, but something has to change. Strangely, I dreamed cu played Ohio state again and that we beat them on an epic interception on a goal line stand. Here's hoping I just had the wrong red team, right score.
