He seems to be getting some good press from the coaches and his peers as of late. Can anyone who has seen him firsthand provide a bit more detail (questions about his speed in his recruit thread, viable replacement for G. Thomas, how soon can he be trusted on knockoffs, etc.)? Much appreciation and rep for any info!
 
Told that G.T. would not have likely seen the field. Ross catches the ball better and is just as fast. GT had yet to elude a tackler.

Always thought GT had a frustrating running style to watch. Certainly fast, but was a long strider for a shorter guy. Give him a seam and he could take it, but make him change direction and it was a problem.
 
I assume one of the true freshmen will need to play out of necessity. Ross seems to be generating the most buzz early on.

It looks like Bobo and Ross are gonna play. Ross will also get some pt on KR/PR
 
Bobo looks like a red zone weapon. I wouldn't be shocked if both Ross and Bobo play as true freshmen. Kennedy did a great job.
 
G.T. was intriguing because of his speed but he never caught a ball while running so they modified the approach and used him on bubble screens and end arounds.
