Here's this week's round of tidbits and facts heading into Saturday's games, courtesy of ESPN Stats & Information, as well as various sports information departments from around the Big 12.- Only six teams in history have finished a season ranked No. 1 or No. 2 in the final poll and finished with a losing record the following year. The last team to do it? Arizona State in 1975-76. Texas, at 4-5, could be 4-6 with two games left to play with a loss on Saturday.
- Kansas and Nebraska have the nation's longest uninterrupted series, playing every year since 1906, through a pair of World Wars. Nebraska has won 39 of the past 41 games in a series that will come to an end this year.
- Nebraska is the only team in the conference with a chance to clinch either division this week. A win and a Missouri loss means Nebraska wins the North.
- If Oklahoma State wins at Texas on Saturday and beats Kansas next week, the Cowboys will have their first undefeated season on the road since 1945.
- Last-place Texas hasn't finished alone at the bottom of its conference standings since 1956.
- Oklahoma hasn't lost consecutive games in the regular season since Bob Stoops' first season as coach, in 1999.
- Oklahoma lost 33-19 to Texas A&M last week.
- Blaine Gabbert completed 67.3 percent of his passes in his first seven games. His last two games? 41.7 percent.
- With a win over Texas A&M, Baylor would have its first 5-0 start at home since 1985, and the fourth such occurrence ever.
- Robert Griffin III needs just 141 yards to become the first 3,000-yard passer in Baylor history.
- Iowa State's opponents are a combined 55-29, the best mark of any team in the country.
- Missouri's loss to Texas Tech last week was its first in 30 games when the Tigers have won the turnover battle.
- Colorado is one of just nine schools out of 120 nationally without a conference win.
- Texas Tech will be playing a day game in Norman for the first time since 2004.
- Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein broke the school record for rushing yards (127) in his first career start.
