Does the prospect of losing Del Rio to U$C scare anyone off

His name has come up as a potential candidate.
Some have concerns with him coming from the NFL and not college football.
I don't see that as a problem, if he gets the right staff to fill in the college experience. Say Stitt or Tedford even.
I would be more concerned that he would jump ship and go to U$C when they can Kiffin.
Anyone know of any indicators that say he would rather stay in Boulder?

I would predict he'd wait for another NFL HC job than jump to college.
 
I don't think many care. I think most are more worried about the next year or two being crucial for this program vs. 5 years down the road.
 
Del Rio's not coming to CU. I can't imagine he wants to come here when he's probably a year or less away from getting another NFL gig.

Besides, Del Rio's got close ties to Okie lite's OC, who just so happens to be the reason why Del Rio's son is committed to Okie lite. I could see a situation play out if Del Rio was to come here where he convinced Monken to come here, and so the younger Del Rio wanted to come, too. We need to stay the hell away from that situation.
