Not sure what to make of it since the Oregonian seems to have messed up the document or the AD has excluded a lot of stuff. Long story short, "failure to monitor".

Ducks

Edit - Probably should have fixed the thread title but oh well. Too late on a Friday.

Damn I was hoping for nothing, but oh well at least the University came out with it before the NCAA did. The sad thing with the NCAA is Oregon will be hit harder for telling the truth then if they had lied and tried to cover up stuff lol.

Dammit. If I were better at photoshop, I'd put together a duck "releasing" on an NCAA investigation.

Don't be lowlife cheating scumbags and you won't have issues.

How many top 25 programs can you name that have had no rumors or NCAA violations? Part of winning is pushing the boundaries and sometimes they are crossed like what Oregon did. Sure is it nasty to say, but in College Football cheating is winning.

The NCAA has a soft spot for cheaters. Oregon will get nothing (see Ohio State, Auburn and Miami.) The Ducks are in good shape. Drinks on you when we meet Canard and congrats on the win

Deny and then justify. You've got the routine down. Experience is a good teacher, eh?

You guys can take your queer duck-bear ****ing elsewhere.

Good luck teaching that little ****er to ride a bike.

Still on this board? I should neg rep you every day for not only hating on CU after the Oregon basketball game, but for this pathetic post as well. Pathetic team, pathetic fan base. Paying for players is the worst thing you could do in college athletics.

Welcome back CD!

Whoever said Miami is going to get off scott free is nuts. The NCAA is going to come down on them like a ton of bricks. Just because it hasn't happened yet doesn't mean it's not in the works. They had guys openly paying players.

Jeezeus - that thing is more redacted than a report of a CO firing after a FOIA request.

When every "finding" is started with the statement "It is agreed that", the findings sound more like a response and an admission rather than the offering of new evidence through self-reporting.

I like you and will be forever grateful for the cheerleading thread, but it is disingenuous to pretend that the University self-reported without pressure from the NCAA. Just saying.

I agree with Sacky, the NCAA is showing signs, at least, of getting serious. They are aware of the public perception that they are lackies for the name programs.

I detect a lot of tension in this post between you and me..... Wanna **** and just get it over with?

I have nothing to deny Oregon admitted their mistakes and I fail to see where I deny lol. I am not justifying cheating, but it seems to be the popular routine in college football so I don't mind pushing the boundaries. I wish cheating would go away, but the NCAA allows the SEC/Big-10 to get away with murder while it hammers the Pac-12 so cheating will continue.

...and then you go and do something like this and totally REDEEM yourself!

Hey I thought it was funny and it was supposed to be a joke lol. Although I guess if I have to explain its a joke it probably sucked dick.

Correct, the denying was in earlier posts. However, you should re-read the post I responded to, every word was dedication to the justification of cheating. One small quote:
... in College Football cheating is winning.
