Early Week 1 Point Spreads

Anyone think that Nebraska line over Arkon is a bit low?

What a time for Louisville to have their new QB start against Alabama, hence the 28 1/2 point spread.

As for CU-CSU, I'm not surprised by that point spread since the game has been close most of the time.

As for the rest of the PAC,

Ohio State is going to maul those Beavers and 38 might be a little bit generous.
Arizona 14 point favorites against BYU might be a little too generous.
ASU 17 1/2 point favorites against UTSA seems about right.
USC only 27 point favorites against UNLV?
UCLA 15 1/2 point favorites against Cincy...maybe a bit low.
Cal 6 point favorites against North Carolina in Chapel Hill...seems about right.
WSU 4 point favorites at Wyoming...do I smell upset?
Oregon 28 1/2 favorites against Bowling Green...I think it's a little low.

USC has started slow the last two years so maybe a good line.

Auburn is only giving 3 1/2 against UW? Hmm. That's the game outside of ours I'm most looking forward to seeing. I'm amazed ABC passed on that to show the massacre in Orlando that night.

I'd take UNLV and give the points against USC........Western Michigan was in that game in the fourth quarter when they went out there. I think Wyoming is going to beat WSU-they've got the advantage of playing the week before.

I'm a helluva homer, but VT to cover that 6.5 sounds good. Did FSU make some significant improvements? I need to start doing my homework: we're < 100 days to college football!!

Personally very interested to see what Taggert can do with the talent he has at FSU. Season hinges on Francois.

Wyoming and WSU will be a very interesting game. I am not sure how the pokes will fair next season. We have a poor track record against power 5 schools. And Bohl is sub .500 without Josh Allen playing. We got a taste of how things will be without Allen this past year when he went down and it wasnt pretty. We could not get the ball to Austin Conway and he can make things happen in space. Dewey (Andrew Wingard) is the soul of our defense and is really good but he cannot do everything by himself. Plus we will more than likely start Tyler Vander Waal as a freshman at QB which not many are happy about. Right now even with WSU losing Luke Falk, I think WSU will take this game. Just an opinion.
