Eleven Buffs Named To USCSCA All-Academic Team

DENVER—The University of Colorado placed 11 skiers on the 2014 National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team, announced Wednesday by the United States Collegiate Ski Coaches Association.

Six men and five women were honored for the Buffaloes on the team, which requires a 3.5 grade point average in the classroom and participation in the NCAA Western Regional on the slopes and trails.

Among the honorees were eight alpine and three Nordic skiers. Of the eight alpine, four men and four women to go along with two men’s Nordic honorees and one women’s Nordic.
