The Denver Post's John Henderson points it out in his article (which is cited elsewhere in this forum, too) that Embree was able to deliver CU Football's first home shut-out in 26 years. A shut-out loss, that is.
In front of the Homecoming Crowd. The Buffs4Life Crowd. I hope they were all there, enjoying their 'power' completely. I hope they offered to buy up all the concessions that are rotting in the food-courts, and will give those vendors all their money back for the lost sales.
First home shut-out loss in 26 seasons.
Like Embree said, he's taking CU Football to a whole new level. Even Hawkins couldn't manage to deliver home shut-out losses.
But Embree has!
