We're getting a lot of national press all of a sudden, it's kind of nice. Eamonn Brennan has a nice write up on Dre.

Last week, Colorado coach Tad Boyle compared his sophomore star to former NBA rebounding king Dennis Rodman.

“It’s cool. I consider myself being me, but I guess you could compare me to him,” Roberson said.

Will he ever dye his hair like the eccentric Rodman?

“Not at all,” he said.

As long as he plays like the ex-Bulls star, his coaches and teammates will be happy.

Roberson is No. 43 on Chad Ford’s list of NBA prospects

He may say he'd never dye his hair like Dennis, but I remember that disaster of a haircut he got last season. I looked for a pic, but couldn't find one. It was some sort of maze-like design, that covered like 2/3rd of his dome. Even Dennis would've buzzed that out right away.

I love all the pub we're getting but wish the media had held off a bit till we got a road win or two.
 
All this pub is great, High School kids have the internets, they see this stuff. So when Tad comes a calling at least they understand that CU has a team and individuals that are getting national recognition.
 
Every kid playing varsity HS basketball in the country has at least dreamed of playing in the NBA.

When Tad goes recruiting he can tell them we had a lottery pick last year, another guy who is now on a roster, a couple guys in Europe and if you come play for us the NBA scouts will be there looking at Andre, you have a chance to be seen.

Can't hurt.

I was bouncing around cubuffs.com today and noticed that the recruiting info page on the basketball section is ridiculously bad and I don't think it has been updated since 2005. Also, when you click on 'buffs in the nba' there is no mention of either Burks or Higgins. That should be righted ASAP.

Haven't looked but what you are saying shows the kind of lack of attention to detail that helps make reaching the next level a struggle. This is not a million dollar investment to fix, no excuse.

Plati and Bohn are very receptive and responsive to these type of critiques. Email them, i have had questions about getting bball stats in different formats and Plati got back to me with answers to my questions the same day (on a game day none the less). Even if they don't respond, they do read them.
