The one time Colorado Buffalo commit P.T. Gates has resurfaced at Grand Valley State and had an impressive day, leading the Lakers back to another division II title game. Gates carried the ball 27 times for 182 yards and two scores. He also caught four passes for 69 yards. Not a bad day. On the year as a backup running back, Gates has 137 carries for 975 yards, a 7.2 yard average and 10 touchdowns.
