Fake Recruiting Visits?

This is not the most professional article...they need something other than hearsay that he did not visit, and they did not attempt to get an answer from him. But LOL.

It's a french cathedral in Indiana farm country with a feisty mythical celtic leoprochan as a mascot that wouldn't exist at all if not for a virgin giving birth over two thousand years ago.

I used to have this theory that the entire state of North Dakota didn't exist. People who said they lived/worked there were all top secret government spies. When that Bison fan came on here acting like an idot, I knew my conspiracy theory was fake.

Now, with all these goofy stories, I don't know what to think anymore.
 
James Davis gave a fake CU visit report to either Rivals or Scout(may have been both) in 07. He was Chapelle Brown's buddy from HS, seemed like a shoe-in early for an offer & commitment, but the staff cooled on him. He was supposed to visit one weekend, but never made it or the staff cancelled, but he talked like he was there, had a good time, etc. Made it sound like he was cooling on CU of course.
 
I have often wondered how many "fakers" we have on AllBuffs? fake fans? really players our coaches? recruits? who knows? you have to take the internet,twitter,Facebook,MySpace for what it is.
