Does it come this Saturday? Arizona had that one good game against UCLA after Stoops was fired, but yesterday they got killed at home by a mediocre Utah team.

It's Senior day and CU historically plays well on Senior day. If we can carry over the USC effort into this one, I like our chances, although they will shred us through the air, we should put up points in this one.

btw, CU is 11-2 on senior day since 1987 when it's not Nebraska.

I don't see us pulling any wins with our secondary. Even if we have a great offensive game, we have no way of stopping them.

Zona will score on our secondary thats for sure, but if we can get better on our red zone % in this one, then I think it will be similar to the Wazzu or Cal game, hopefully with a better end result.
 
We already had our first PAC-12 victory the day we left the Big 12....
 
Arizona. Speedy and Co come out inspired and take the game over. If we play like we did last week minus the red zone issues we should roll.

If we rush for over 250 yards, do not turn the ball over, commit less than five penalties, and intercept Foles twice, I am guessing we win.

We should, Zona is not that good, but neither are Cal and Wazzu. If the team plays with emotion for Senior day (which they usually do), we could have a really good win like ISU in 06 and KSU last year.

So, changes from the SC game: 150 more yards rushing, didn't turn the ball over against SC, have 2 less penalties, and 1 more INT. Seems doable against a worse team than SC. :thumbsup:

That's yet to be determined, but I hope it's not Dear Old CU.
 
I wouldn't bet on any wins, but we have a shot against Zona, UCLA, and Utah..... will be nice to finally not have to play a ranked team
 
I know it wouldn't mean squat to the college football world, but just enjoying a home win would be so sweet.

" we should roll" ? Um, their qb is pretty decent and they have plenty of big talented wr's. As you tell us with every post, we can't expect this defense to stop anyone. CU's offense hasn't been tearing it up this season either.

Unless cu can get some turnovers and get p-rich involved, along with speedy getting 100, this is another loss.

Utah on the road is not going to happen. I would say ucla is our best chance and they just beat arizona state. Not looking too good right now. Hopefully they come out vs AZ and gets a win on senior day.

We've played 5 straight ranked teams in a row. Arizona is not nearly as good as anyone we have played these past five weeks and are probably worse than Cal and about the same as WSU, both of which we should have won.

Shouldn't you be bitching at Greg Brown or something?

Arizona is not very good. It will be like Cal or Wazzu with a toss up winner. Arizona has lots of issues. They don't have a good defense, and the offense isn't as good as some would think. While they have some good players, I would still call that offense average. They mustered 21 points at hoem to a mediocre Utah team.

CU will bring it for senior day like they always do as well. I'm not saying CU is good or anything, but Arizona is a bad bad football team.
 
We won't lose every game we play into eternity, and we won't lose every road game into eternity. I'm not predicating anything, but it could click for any of these last 3 games
