that was our seed, and St. John's was easy pickins as a 6.

the southwest bracket has imploded a bit with Vandy and Louisville getting bounced. making KU's path easier, eeeerrrrrgh, this is Ides of March type stuff.
 
Exactly, now KU will be facing a 12 or 13 seed in the Sweet 16. But first I'll be a huge Runnin' Reb or Illini fan on Sunday.

that's right. i like Lon Kruger maybe winning a coaching matchup with Self more than Bruce Weber. Kansas has those lerches inside that play tip the ball on the rim all night whilst committing about 9 fouls a game, called for 3....they are tough matchup for anyone inside. in the past, i always had a grudging respect for the Paul Pierce/LaFrenz...Hinrich/Collison squacks. you didn't like them, but they were good. i don't like this KU team at all.
