After a good nights sleep and watching their Q set a record against us, I don’t think we played poorly. That guy is a phenom and we fought hard and the O actually showed up. Their Q and Montez’s overthrown balls to Fields were the difference in the game.

I still don’t see how we’re not gonna finish last in the South and still think 4-5 wins is this team’s ceiling, but we aren’t a bad team. This team looks so much like 2015’s...so maybe we’ll have another 2016 in 2018?

I don’t think I’m shrugging it off. I just see this team like 2015...a decent (certainly not good) team that couldn’t seal the deal. I think we will be competitive in most games but only win 1-2 more. Frustrating for sure.

I hope you're right, but that just seems you have already accepted a bad season. I highly doubt your expectations come next August will be 10 wins.

I get that. I also look at how we lose. The last two games were heartbreakers. And we played with Washington pretty well until we self-destructed. I don’t think were bad but we are definitely not good. I would say were decent. Average.

I spoke to Barnett before the game. He thought we were going to really struggle. I told him I thought we would get exposed in the run game, but never would I have thought what would happen. Barnett still has it and still a great dude.

See I didn't really see the UDub game like that. They were running hard in the first and second and knew they were going to be gashing us in the 4th. Similar to what I saw yesterday when we played Zona, barring the heisman like performance from their QB. Holy ****.

I didn't think it was much different from the championship game. Thy had re jimmies and joes and it was a matter of time, unless we had pick 6s or something similar.

That said, I get that we aren't at a championship level yet. That's ok. But if the regression is towards the mean I do not like that trend. The p12 south is down. Gotta strike while the irons hot.

Right?!? With their Q, PL’s performance and SM’s missed throws, all those penalties kinda got forgotten. Complete BS...and Moellers PF brought Tate into the game...we prob would’ve won if Wilkins stayed in. This team loves to self-destruct.
