fUCLA/Oregon line

I don't know why the NCAA has that ridiculous rule that you have to have 2 divisions. I'm not against conference championship games but the CCG should pit the 2 best teams in the conference with no divisional alignment involved.

Hell no! Even though my Ducks curb stomped Stanford I never want any team to get a second chance and walking away with a victory.

It's going to happen sooner or later with divisions. CU had that a few times when the won the North, it just happens with or without divisions.

I expected it to be in the 40s. That UCLA team reminds me of the 05 CU team so much its scary.

Would Oregon run it up looking for a chance at the NC game? Nah, only win by 50.

How does Slick play it in this game? Does he try to run the ball, milk the clock and lose respectably or does he try to keep up with Oregon and risk an epic blowout?

I can't decide if I want to watch this game or not. On one hand, it won't be fun watching Oregon win big. On the other, I get to see Slick Rick get anhillilated one more time. That's a tough one.

Maybe it'll be a good game. It could happen, but probably not.

I think it will be fun to watch Rick get destroyed. Remember, he left us right before signing day. Does that help?

If that had been the case in 2001, CU wouldn't have had the opportunity to upset Texas, would they not?

UCLA may actually have better talent than Oregon.

They'll get waxed, though.

Rivals rankings of the past 5 recruiting classes:

2007: UCLA #40, Oregon #11
2008: UCLA #13, Oregon #19
2009: UCLA #14, Oregon #32
2010: UCLA #8, Oregon #13
2011: UCLA #45, Oregon #9

Oregon's got better true freshmen. Oregon may have better RS-Seniors, depending on who redshirted and who is left. But for the core of the teams (2nd thru 4th year guys), UCLA is at least as talented as the Ducks.

Thanks Wally. It's all so clear now. That persuaded me more than all the cheerleader pics CanadianDuck could have posted. I'll be there.

I want to see Skippy lose by at least 44 points, so as to erase GB's 100-6 two-game total as the most ridiculous exit for a 'division winning' HC.

56-3 would be nice.

I actually think Oregon will slow down once they get a 35ish point lead. Oregon will not risk injuries in a game like this especially since most of the star players are banged up as it is.

I think the LSU Alabama rematch is already a done deal. Even if LSU loses the Sec title game, I dont think they drop past 2. I dont see Va Tech, Oregon, Ok St, Boise, Htown, or anybody else making up that much ground to make the title game.

Okie state, if they beat OU, has a good argument to play LSU, imho. Better record of wins and they have'nt lost too LSU already.
