Just announced a home and home with TAMU, play in College Station in 2020 and either Boulder/Denver in 2021.

So that whole P5 OOC argument is somewhat put to rest now that we know they never intended to put both TCU and TAMU on the schedule at the same time. 4 straight years of being affiliated with Texas. Solid.

Big "**** YOU" to Texas, Baylor, and CSU.

Home game better not be in Denver.

There are a couple scenarios where it makes sense honestly. Say CU is in the top 20/25 at that point in time. That would be a high profile game, likely sell out SAF, likely be on Prime Time ESPN/FS1. The exposure would be worth it for a playoff push.

Obviously if we are still mediocre in 2021, then it should and probably would be on campus.

The schedule is now full for 2021. We will not be playing the sheep for at least that year. Also that year 7 games will be played in Colorado, possibly all 7 at Folsom.

CU home games belong in Boulder. Always. The teams make the game high profile, not the location.

Ok. SAF is only 30min from Boulder. It would be worth it to the AD if both teams were high profile enough to sell out the SAF. Would be big $$$

The only reason I would enjoy the Denver game is that it would spite CSU in a big way

Really hoping Folsom has some expanded/redone seating on the west side by 2021 but probably won't happen.

Have you even paid attention to CU Football over the last 20 years? The vast majority of Colorado fans hate games at SAF. We finally get out of playing there, only to jump right back in? It is a text book NFL stadium, with horrendous tailgating. In addition, you are okay with giving aTm a home game in their stadium while making a possible neutral site location (trust me they will travel in hordes) here? No thanks. I'll take a raucous and rocking Folsom every time.

They hate playing a non P5 team in a game that no one cares about in a half empty stadium. Wishful thinking here, but if that game is featuring two top 25 teams, it will be energetic, it will be sold out, it will make the AD a lot of money. There will still be 6 games at Folsom that year regardless, its a bonus game. That is probably why there is even the option to play at SAF.

If we play the A&M game at SAF, it will become an A&M home game - Aggie travels incredibly well...best to keep it on campus and make sure Folsom is rocking with black and gold!

You guys can all stay at my house after the 2020 game in Fort Collins. Is that real? Is that really happening?

If they get that new stadium built. The plan is for that game to be the stadium opener from my understanding.

Screw the money. They'll make plenty of money with a sold out home game. The Buffs should have a true home game against an SEC opponent that gives them the best chance to WIN.

Would love to christen their new stadium with a home loss to their hated rival just prior to kicking them to the curb.

An Ad that gets it. Fantastic and by by to the Ram series. Guess this gives little brother their answer on any chance to renew the series. Now it will be interesting to see which P5 school they can sign to a 1 for 1 or if they end up eating crow and have to sign a non P5 or give a 2-1 to get a P5 or go the route of body bag games. Lol

Obviously you and I are going to have to agree to disagree on this.

7 games at Folsom would be great, 6 games at Folsom + 1 game in Denver would be great. I can see exactly why RG even included the option to play at SAF and it shows him planning on the buffs returning to respectability by that point in time and competing in the top 25. That is the only reason that game option is there.

Fair enough...except I'm right. :haha2:

CSU's stadium will be done prior to 2020 (I think 2017). I still can't believe Bohnhead gave them that game.

Anyways, RG going strong. I wouldn't mind the game at Denver but would prefer in Boulder

at least nobody is getting ahead of themselves by complaining about a possible venue for a game to be played a half a decade in the future
