Sefo (obviously, for having one of the best games of his career)
Lindsay (quietly went for almost 200 total yards with 2 TDs)
Ross (8 catches for 121 yards)
JMac (best game of his CU career, with 7 for 90)
Offensive Line (what a job by these guys! 345 passing & 248 rushing against a top defense doesn't happen unless the hogs are absolutely dominaning)
Tedric (another 5 tackles with 2 pass breakups and a pick - monster game)
Samson (6 tackles from the DE spot is dominant)
Jimmie (another sack-strip - dude is a ****ing machine!)
Addison (he's back! 4 tackles, with a sack and a fumble recovery)
Chidobe (quietly with 7 tackles, a hurry and forcing Falk to check through his progressions all day)
Entire back 7 (holding Falk under 50% is ridiculous - Oliver really stood out to me with his coverage, too)
Fisher (way to step up and be a playmaker when the team needed him!)
Graham (that field goal was absolutely huge)

Such a good, deep team! I love these guys!

Holding that qb and team to 1td in second half with 2 safeties out and witherspoon in and out was amazing.

Good for j mac, he has had a good two weeks and hopefully he keeps it up. Not a lot of guys that can cover him in and out of his breaks.

Two starters out on the Oline with Kronshage and Kough hurt. Starting safety ejected early in the first quarter. Moeller goes out later. Witherspoon hurt all day. We win by 14 for our first victory against a ranked opponent in over 20 games. This was an all around win for the players, coaches and fans. Sefo is a warrior and having him lead our team this season, especially after the Webb drama, makes me so happy for him.

I'm glad USC won. We need the pressure to keep going all the way to the playoffs. Keep that lose and you go home mentality by making every game a must win situation.

I'm always proud to be a Buff, but right now I'm on top of the world.

all great picks from nik!

i was so impressed with ento and fisher, and especially oliver! how 'bout 'dem BUFFALOES! our kids are growing up so fast.

i think we're seeing the type of table-setting it takes to go on a real deal run over the next few years. with the class that is coming in and the foundation of great guys here... i see victories in our future, coming in bundles and wrapped in glory.

So let's see, if no true freshman or JC transfers come in and start, we will have the following defensive backfield:
safeties: Laguda, Fisher, and Moeller
corners: Julmisse and Oliver

I would call that short on depth, but solid on talent.

The only group that didn't play exceptionally was the DL...and they played pretty well.
I'm not sure the DL didn't play well. I was curious all night as to why no pressure on Falk. It seemed as if they were trying to maintain their gap position.

I think they played pretty well...but not much pressure all game. Could've been the scheme tho.

Sanchez comes back from injury. Trego will also be a junior at S. Blackmon and Udoffia will be battling at CB.

I think we should trust the player development of DBs in our program and assume that some of those guys will also rise up to a larger role in 2017.

But we could definitely use a JUCO addition and some stud freshmen recruits in the mix.

Fisher gets my vote. The 4th down stop where he had two guys to cover was key.

And Sefo on the offense

JMac had the game of his life. I don't know if it was a "pick your poison" type deal where WSU wasn't going to let Fields or Ross beat them (they did anyway) or what, but JMac seemed to be the preferred target on third down and he came through every time.
