I was just encouraged to see that we brought down the explosive plays given up last year. In 2009, I think we gave up 40-something gashers (plays of 40+ yards)
 
Just hearing the term gasher reminds of the egotistical boob that used to walk aimlessly on the sidelines of Folsom....

I did too, for quite a while. Then, during a late season (or bowl, don't remember) game, the commentator mentioned "gashers".

Most of us hear the term and we immediately think of the former regime. It's prolly used a lot more than we think.
 
Im surprised to see usc down at the bottom of this list.. with how young they are going to be for the next two years, I think we definitely have a shot to knock them off here in Boulder. Ugh is it August yet?
