I answered too soon (read: before the poll was up). I over looked some of the Bama defenses over the years. Might have to rethink that one.

Did you mean the Ravens' 2000 defense? If so, I'd put them ahead of the Bears.

With the rules in effect and the offenses that have been designed, what the Ravens did in that Superbowl year was unreal.

I knee-jerk voted 85 Bears, but then I thought about it and realized that was my Ray Lewis hate speaking.

Shoulda voted 2000 Ratbirds.

Voted for the Ravens although I really think they are the 2nd best pro defense ever behind the 2001 Miami Hurricanes.

My buddy's girlfriends friend from a few years ago. I pulled out all the stops on the Buffedup charm during my buddy's super bowl party and came up empty of even getting a first down. Geesh, who doesn't want a smoking ape hitting on em?

'78 falcons should be in the poll. Why is bama in there twice? We don't know how good their d is this season. They might give up 30+ to lsu in the bs rematch bowl.

PLus, 2011 bama shouldn't even be in a poll for this question if there were 20 options. It's easy to look great when you only beat 3 teams with a winning record.
