Thread title is just messing with the ignorant Ute.
I have a problem with listening to Dickie Vitale. I hate that prick and won't listen to his commentary. He knows his stuff but he is way annoying. Mushmouthish.

On another issue, Stuart does a great job with CU at the game for football. He offered to cover Bball, posted a survey to ask us if we would like that and I think that would be great. Chime in. I think we've become a Bball school.

Fight CU.
 
Have you seen what all the talk and bitching is about right now? We'll never be a basketball school.
 
Never is a long time. Right now most fans are just angry about where the football program is headed. Hopefully it doesn't happen, but eventually that will turn into indifference. For some it already has. Myself, I don't live in Boulder so I can only visit a few times a year. And it'd be a much more enjoyable experience for me to time those visits by going to basketball games then it would to go to football games.

The talk and bitching is the last, desperate attempt of a lot of people to keep the pressure on to make some changes. If Embree is retained for another year, full on apathy sets in, and CU is officially a basketball school.
 
I can't wait for the day when Dickie V and the crew are in Boulder to cover a game. Like him or not, it would mean something.

Besides, can you imagine him interacting with the C-Unit?

I would think that CU was officially a basketball school the moment we sold out the Wofford game... and if there were any doubts to that, then at least it became official when we won the Charleston Classic... just my opinion...

As for football.... there is no going back to our former glory years until the admin makes another game changing manuever.... which means a change in the HC/ staff positions.... clean house and start over again...and friggin just build the new facility... its inevitable and costs are always cheaper today than tomorrow!!!!
