Greg Brown and CU defense, great job........

I've voiced my displeasure all year with brown and the defense but today they get nothing but kudos. They were flying around and the secondary played pretty well, 3 picks.:thumbsup:

Henderson is going to be a stud.

The seniors all played great, hansen,stewart,clemons sandersefld etc...

Well done.

Oh, kudos to leash, burrito and tini for calling this game.
 
Same with the much maligned offensive line. Nice push in the running game today. Good effort all over the field. Great opportunity to finish strong with the momentum from this one. Love to be in the locker room right now
 
I still don't believe that Greg Brown is the right guy for the defense, but good job by the defense today.

I commend the coaches because the effort was there. Tclem impressed. Speedy obviously. There is still a severe lack in defensive planning. GB doesn't seem to understand basic defense strategies. Henderson is awesome. I'm willing to just take this win and hope Embo tunes his coaching staff after the season. A new DC and an experienced DB coach should be a priority.

Cool? I don't even know what point you were trying to make. The defense held Arizona to their usual point total, had three picks, multiple sacks, and basically shut down Foles who is the third or fourth best QB going into the NFL. Really not sure what the D could have realistically done better today so I'll wait for what you have to say.
 
Really great defense for most of the day. Got a little soft at the end of the 3rd quarter, but what a game!

If the players make a maximum effort in games, I can't think of a single reason to cry about coaching at this point.
 
If we can get the wind to blow 40mph every game the defense will look better. Couldn't throw the ball down the field.
 
Henderson made a couple key plays, but he got caught cheating and not looking for the ball several times today. Things he will learn in time. I thought the other guys around him really stepped up today.
