Empty third deck all the way around won't help. Gotta get more students there than were at the UMass game or it going to go from "suck" to "pathetic".oh that would suck. That stadium would be dead.

We want this ridiculous game in Denver to end. The best way for that to happen is for it to be a non-event, something that doesn't move the needle enough to get attention and make money. A dead, empty stadium will help to either end our games with CSU or get them back into Boulder.
This is also a game that traditionally CSU has ridden emotion in. Killing the crowd takes some of this away.
Student attendance has never been a problem at this game. That endzone is always either full or nearly full. Of course it will be better than the UMass game.Empty third deck all the way around won't help. Gotta get more students there than were at the UMass game or it going to go from "suck" to "pathetic".
I don't care how full it is. The student crowd was pathetic last year.Student attendance has never been a problem at this game. That endzone is always either full or nearly full. Of course it will be better than the UMass game.

An earlier start should help that. But yea too many people go way too hard at this game.Way too drunk, way too quiet. They were super rowdy in the 1st quarter, but fell asleep the rest of the game.
I go hard at this game, but you have to know when to stop in order to be functioning at the actual game.An earlier start should help that. But yea too many people go way too hard at this game.

Kind of like the team, hmmmm.
it's because, and I can attest to it, football is no longer the main reason to go. getting ****faced is. football games are just an excuse to drinkAn earlier start should help that. But yea too many people go way too hard at this game.
You realize that CSU's student section faces the giant video board and CU has to look all the way across at the small boards on the other side right? We're gonna try to make this a point of emphasis but it's a definite disadvantage.true, but it was evident when the stadium guys were using the video boards to try and fire up the crowds. CSU's students were going nuts when they were on the screen. CU's were not in it. A few times I am pretty sure I saw people actually asleep.
hah. I've gone too hard only 2 out of the 12 or so times I've gone to this game. First time was the freaking BVP spike game. Second time was last year. I think I will slow my roll this year.An earlier start should help that. But yea too many people go way too hard at this game.
While true, it's not like the smaller ones are hard to see. The section knew what was happening. They just didn't care. Had one girl throw up in my row and two others that passed out next to her. Small sample size I know, but I feel pretty indicative of the level of energy of the rest of the section. You realize that CSU's student section faces the giant video board and CU has to look all the way across at the small boards on the other side right? Yup. CSU should bring more fans than last year. The wildcard will be CU attendance. How many of you have taken up the offer to give back your ticket to this game? I assume that option will negatively affect CU attendance. I can almost understand the reasoning behind it, but lack of crowd support will make it that much harder for the CU team. You people haven't been following the trends very closely. Attendance has gone up each of the last four years, and with CSU having a great year last year you can bet their fans will pull more weight than they have been.

Last year was a trainwreck on a lot of levels. Folsom Frenzy hadn't even been formed when that game happened. This year there's a lot more organization and preparation in place (hence the whiteout). While true, it's not like the smaller ones are hard to see. The section knew what was happening. That would be an all-time low for a game played in Denver...by about 7,000. Not gonna happen.Ill go with 50,000.
It won't be an empty third deck, as that's where they put all the season ticket holders.Empty third deck all the way around won't help. Gotta get more students there than were at the UMass game or it going to go from "suck" to "pathetic".
It was a guess bro. That would be an all-time low for a game played in Denver...by about 7,000. Not gonna happen.
