You think Thomas is so good that he beats out Spruce?

I would be surprised to see none of the Fr on the field as 'starters' against CSU. I think coaches usually like to play that pretty conservative
 
My only disagreement is that spruce beats out McC at WR. Otherwise, Dead on.
 
That's a good guess. Other possibilities beyond Spruce atWR are Bonsu at DT and Dannewitz on the oline.

Assuming this works out, we'll need to replace all of 4 starters in 2013. Man that could be a great year.

But by mid season, McC had flatlined. Who's to say that Spruce wouldn't have passed him on the depth chart if not for the redshirt he was wearing? And it's a new year. Listening to some of Embo's post-practice comments, I think Spruce will be a starter too. McC will get the other spot and G.Thomas will get in early. And he will score a TD.
 
G. Thomas will be the first Buff to touch the ball this season, opening kick off and return it to the 40 or so.
 
No one disagrees with the projection that we have 1 offensive and 4 defensive starters that are seniors. Provided the younger players are athletic, still maturing and learning the position, this bodes quite well for the future.
