Hell of a game by Omar Strong

He seems to love playing at the Keg. Last year, he made 7/9 from 3pt range on his way to 23 points. So you know he was a focus of the defensive game plan.

Tonight, he went 9/21 on treys and was challenged on every shot. For much of the night, he was simply unconscious with his shooting and finished with 39 points.

Might have been the best individual performance I've seen by a visitor to our court in the Boyle era.

Kudos to Strong and best of luck the rest of the season to Texas Southern.

Broderick Gilcrest from Idaho State. On 11/12/2010 he shoots 13 of 21 overall, 6 of 8 behind the arc and 7 for 7 on free throws in a 39 point night and is just unstoppable on the court. The next game he heads to Arizona to play our pack 12 brothers and scores.... drumroll..... 4 points.
