Hey Elway was using our field

I had a couple of vortex footballs back in the day. The whistling ones were a lot of fun too.
 
Hilarious commerical - they obviously thought that putting Elway on a moving cart holding the product at the end was a good idea
 
The whistle would sometimes catch the fingertip, which would hurt a little, but otherwise, lots of fun.
 
Sweet! This brings back some memories for those of us who were still pretty damn young in the mid 90s. Need to get a new vortex for Folsom tailgating
 
The best part of the whistling ones was that there were two octaves of whistling. A leisurely toss would make one sound but if you chucked it really hard it would scream like it got kicked in the balls.
