I'm not a huge basketball fan, but going to ABQ for that game was one of the funnest things I've ever experienced. I was in town for 10 minutes when I hear that snow needs a pickup from a booty call. Things just got better & weirder from there on. Even though CU lost the game, nobody left that building without a tremendous amount of respect for both the CU basketball program and it's fans. Uber kudos to Mike Bohn & the alumni association who put on a fantastic pre-game party at the UNM stadium club.

All totaled, I was in ABQ for less than 24 hours, but that's a 24-hour span that I'll remember for the rest of my life. I actually kind of feel sorry for the folks who weren't able to make it. This was something special.

I tweeted a chick's address and picture to my boys at 4am in an attempt to get them to come pick me up and it did not work.

Whatever. We never even learned how Rugged got punched at Columbus, so I'm not expecting much here. Of course--in the case of Columbus--we pieced together that you paid a transvestite hooker to do the dirty work, but we don't have nearly as much information to work with in this case.
 
One of the most fun weekends of my life. Ill never forget it, I will also never miss a CU tournament game. Thank you Mike Bohn and everyone else that made it possible.

Great time, but I still want to punch a Bailor fan. Really hope we get to do this again next year through the school.

haha. How happy were you to find out that information? Don't worry, we aren't the sort who drunkenly wander into the wrong house. We just drunkenly wake up in strange places.
