Could do the same with basketball, except losing Dre is gonna succck.

And maybe just as important we should have some actual depth behind a number of those positions. The team Embree inherited was forced to start some guys who would have to battle to be back-ups if some of the newer guys meet expectations.

We still won't be close to as talented as the top teams in the conference but we will be a lot closer, and we will at least have AQ level talent at most positions.
