I know we get $500k since the practice facility has broken ground... is that it? Or is that on-top of anything else?
 
My impression was that the buyout was $500k, which we lost if the practice facility wasn't started. But I'm not sure on that.... :huh:
 
Maybe CU just wants the half-a-mil at this point.
 
and the Hawk buyout is down too....
