assume nice'ish weather for mid-Oct evening in Boulder. no rain or wind, temps in the low 50's. assume no lightning oin the forecast.

I think you're pretty much dead on there. Student attendance should at least be decent because of the 7pm start, but that won't move the needle on the paid attendance because they count all the sports passes for every game anyways.
