When I read it the first time I was also confused. Defense. ST. Kickoff Returns. Then I realized that is not an updated scouting report. That is a HS report.

They are quoting their summary of him as a recruiting prospect from the year before with the idea of comparing their projection to his performance. In high school he was an effective KO returner who also played some DB and ran a lot of sweeps.
