Our cross country and men's and women's basketball teams are bullies!
against UW, maybe the entire P12. Can't Larry Scott make the other teams play nice? CU is outmanned at every position. Thanks again DII, you nepotistic idot.
This is like blaming your parents' divorce when you were 7 for your life's failings as an adult. No matter what happened and its consequences, it's time to move on.
Except that the upperclassmen who are getting their asses handed to them are the ones DII recruited....watch the games and see who gets steamrolled, whose blocks get shed almost immediately, assuming they even see the field...many upperclassmen ride the pine because guys who were in HS last year are better. So yeah, the DII error is still relevant. This is like blaming your parents' divorce when you were 7 for your life's failings as an adult. DII? He brought in Bakhtiari, Solder, Kasa, Jimmy Smith, Justin Drescher, T. Clemons, ... and a whole bunch of other guys I'd remember if it wasn't past my bedtime.
What, did you blank out Water Bottle's brief tenure and contributions to the current state of affairs? DII did plenty of boneheaded things while at CU, but Embree's "effort" will resonate far, far longer.
And not one of those guys are here now...DII did bring in some decent players, but his last two classes were....well, let's just say they are not competitive in the P12. That is why I said to take a look at the upperclassmen on the field now. That was DII's doing, or better said his lack of doing. BTW, Barney found and recruited Solder.DII? I would not argue that. I don't know why things went as sideways as they did under Embo, but it is pretty clear that a serious talent gap has developed. I wasn't privy to most of what went on with Embo, but the jury is in on DII's recruiting, especially the last two years. While there are a few bright spots (D. Webb, CUD) CU seriously lacks upperclassmen playmakers...that's on DII Danny.D2's failures might be the first factor, the ****storm that was WB's tenure exacerbated everything by a power of 10.
You shut your whiny mouth before I kick your ass. Now, give me your stadium money.against UW, maybe the entire P12. Can't Larry Scott make the other teams play nice? CU is outmanned at every position. Thanks again DII, you nepotistic idot.
Trying to be generous...D. Webb is a bright spot?
