I watched an entire CU game today without drinking

Well tell me Mr. Sober Britches, what's the home address of that media hack that said we should join the Mountain West? I have some stuff I need to get off my chest.
 
There were several games in the stretch of time between 2009 and 2014 where I went into the game completely polluted. I was stone cold sober about ten minutes after the game started. CU football had an uncanny ability to kill my buzz. Fast.

I was drinking - copiously.

I re-watched the game last night, sans the liquor. I don't think we executed well at all. Ton of things to clean up.

...and we still one by 41 points!!!!
 
I was sober at the CU vs. ASU game in Tempe back when we were still in the Big 12. 103 degrees at kickoff at 7pm. The one where we jumped out to a 14-0 lead and then squandered it all. I still feel like I let a lot of people down that day.

That was horrible. Dropped a deep ball for a sure TD right after that start & then the wheels came off.

Thankfully we're well coached now and able to over come shortcomings to bad teams. We're taking steps forward!

Yeah, that dropped TD to go up 3 scores is my enduring memory as well. That and T-Wheat's pick 6 and being sober in stifling 103 degree heat.

I have never been so ****ed up as I was at the 2007 Mizzou game. Worst crash ever getting Maclin'ed 55-10.

For such a fun season (the last season before this one that I truly enjoyed watching the Buffs without a sense of dread)...beating Oklahoma, hanging 65 on Nebraska, fun road win in Lubbock, ****ting on Baylor in Waco...2007 sure did have its miserable moments....ASU, Mizzou, KSU completely waxing us. The KU and FSU games -- always felt like we had a big play to change the course of the games and they just never game. And of course, worst of all, ISU. Hawkins going for it on our own 40 up 21-0. ISU then promptly scores and goes in 21-7. We all knew what was coming right after that moment.
