If you still have your voice

That was fun last night! It came off pretty well!
Its getting better and better every week. I can't wait until its most of the stadium.

Also, its going to be intense if it carries over to the CEC for basketball season. Will be loud as hell.

I might have saved some of my voice had I not yelled "we are going to hand it to Lindsay, off tackle!!!"
At the end of the game. That drive, BTW, was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.

That final drive was a huge "**** You" to Todd Graham. CU had no reason to score again, could have just taken a knee to kill the clock and called it a day. MacIntyre wanted to make a statement.

Not only was it a "**** you" to Graham, but it was a "you are too weak to stop us" statement. I think they handed it to Lindsay seven or eight times in a row. Same exact play.

yep they did. Watched it again this morning. It was a steady diet of Lindsey to the left side. Just kept punching that DL in the mouth. It was awesome.

8 straight runs between the tackles, all to Lindsey. 47 total yards and the beautiful TD as the capper.

It's definitely a **** U. It's like we are going here and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. Good feeling, that's how it used to be.

We needed that last drive for our own good.

This

This season is all about believing. Believing we can dominate the LOS on both sides of the ball. Believing that we can be the ones who make the big play instead of giving up the big play. Believing that we can take the other teams best player or plays and shut them down. Believing that we can stuff the ball down someones throat and they can't do anything about it.

Most importantly believing that we can win games against P5 teams and do it because we make it happen, not because we got lucky.

CSU was big because they have been a pain in our butts. They came in jacked up like usual and we dominated them.

Michigan, even though it was a loss showed us that we can hang with a ranked team full of highly rated athletes. Our players had reason to believe that if Sefo hadn't been injured we could have won that game. Still we lost, player could have started thinking "Here we go again falling short."

Oregon we beat a team that has been beating up on us in their place. Still some reason for doubt though because Oregon could have won had the game had one or two plays gone differently.

Oregon State, we finally dominated, flat out dominated a PAC12 opponent. OSU is a bottom feeder though so how much did it mean. Good win but not great win.

USC was kind of like Michigan. We went in with our back-up QB and USC was ready for him. Still we played a team full of future NFL players and were a TD away from winning.

Bringing us to the Sun Devils. A team that was 4-1 coming in, not a bottom feeder. A team that has not only beaten us but beaten up on us. A team with some stars including a couple who picked ASU over us. This one wasn't close, this one there was nothing ASU could have pointed to that would have changed the outcome. In fact if not for our STs miscues it would have been a bigger blowout.

Now we have 3 PAC12 wins in a season, the last three seasons we didn't do that and they were all solid wins. Our losses were competitive, nobody has dominated us. (Except Michigan after Sefo went out.)

This team has reason to believe in itself and our opponents now have reason to believe in us as well. No more walk-overs, no more everybody is going to play. Instead it is "We better have it together or CU will beat us and the may do it even if we have it together."

This was a statement game for us and rest of the league. CU is back and we can be the bullies.

They were trying to either score or get one more 1st down. I think that if Lindsay had been tackled short of the end zone with a 1st down that the Buffs would have kneeled it out.

They aren't believing anymore, they are doing. It's a different mindset. That's when you know it's getting good. People will ask who you play and what not, it's like so, bring it on. Even if they know already, the temper doesn't change. I wouldn't look for it to change anytime soon.

still say they should do it again at the start of the 4th quarter... lol

Great idea!

Went to the Oregon game and before the start of the 4th quarter they play "shout" by Otis day and the nights. You know from animal house.

When they come back from commercial the place is rocking! Very cool. It seems like the war chant thing could work the same way.

Cool story part. When they did the "little bit softer now part, I screamed GoBuffs! When the whole place was silent. Some one shouted " go home " and got a lot of laughs

The fourth quarter started with some bad plays by the buffs and the place was so loud on third and long. Then Montez had a huge scramble all the air went out of the stadium and I started shouting "a little bit softer now ". That is until my wife elbowed me and told me to shut up cause she thought we were going to get killed.

I understand why they have a segment recognizing the 'Fan of The Game' (aka deep pockets donor) - and it's a smart thing - but it does seem to take the air out of Folsom a bit. If they could use that time to do HOOOO Clap then Folsom would be rockin' coming out of the TV timeout. It was great seeing the wave again and I love the synchronized first down move by the student section. Folsom is ALIVE again!
